Merging data into an InDesign template to create print ready business cards.

The imagery to the right shows a screen grab of a print ready PDF, with the business card design created for different departments of NatWest Bank.

The information is supplied, then it is manipulated to be more flexible for a data-merge through the InDesign preset settings.

Using this method of producing a large quantity of repeating products, saves time and space in .idml or .indd and going straight to .pdf.
